Jillian Adams

Jillian has worked in the Renwables industry for over 20 years, initially as a consultant, carrying out Environmental Impact Assessments, and in the past 18 years as a Project Developer, responsible from taking onshore wind projects from concept into construction. Jillian joined BayWa r.e. in 2019 and is overseeing the development of wind projects as Lead Renewables Developer.

Stuart Davidson

Stuart Davidson is the Head of Development for BayWa r.e. UK. Stuart has a background in Environmental Management and Planning, starting out his career as an Environmental Consultant in the Property sector. He has been working in the Renewable Energy Development industry for almost 15 years. At BayWa r.e., Stuart is responsible for the development of wind, solar, and storage projects, consent strategy, as well as landowner management.

Sarah Drummond

Sarah joined BayWa r.e. in early 2019 and has worked as Senior Legal Counsel across the development and construction projects in the portfolio and advising the business on ad-hoc legal matters. Sarah now supports the business on a range of commercial and legal topics and supports the delivery phase projects through all aspects of their development – which includes advising on construction contracts, land topics, procurement activities, offtake arrangements and project acquisitions and sales.

Jamie Grayson

With over 15 years of experience in the Solar Industry, Jamie has a comprehensive understanding of both technical disciplines and broader business aspects, including Field Engineering and O&M management. As Head of Solar for Asset Operations, his work involves collaborating with a diverse range of customers and clients globally. 
Jamie has an electrical background with strong technical electrical skills in both LV and HV, having installed and commissioned utility-scale solar farms up to 30MW. Starting in the industry in an electrical capacity, Jamie has previously held positions as a Senior Authorised Person (SAP) with operational switching experience up to 33 kV. Jamie leads the on-site PV technical, revamping and solar asset management functions within the UK business.

Morgan Harris

Morgan is the Managing Director for BayWa r.e. Operations Services Ltd in the UK. Morgan heads up the Services division and has an extensive career with eight years’ experience in the Services Industry. Morgan joined BayWa r.e. in 2019 and is responsible for the Operations & Maintenance as well as Asset and Commercial Management for the UK business for both wind and solar renewables and has been driving the growing operations in the UK with a focus on expanding services such as the Repowering and Revamping of ageing assets.

Fraser Johnston

Fraser is an ACCA qualified accountant and a member of the Institute of Asset Management, with a strong background in accounting, finance, and commercial asset management. Since 2019, Fraser has worked in the renewable energy sector, executing various commercial and financial functions. As Senior Asset Manager, Fraser is responsible for managing the entire asset lifecycle, maximising asset performance and operational efficiency from commissioning to end of life. His team’s collective experience ensures smooth operations and delivers optimal returns for asset owners.

Tracy Lincoln

Tracy Lincoln is the Head of Human Resources at BayWa r.e. She is based in our offices in Milton Keynes. Tracy is responsible for leading and providing HR support for both the Project Development and Operations Services teams across England, Scotland and Ireland, taking care of topics such as recruitment, work culture, and employee relations.

Ashley McInnes

Ashley has over a decade of experience in energy project development across the UK and the US. Currently serving as Lead Renewables Developer at BayWa r.e., Ashley leads the development of large-scale solar and battery storage projects, and most recently was responsible for successfully obtaining planning consent for BayWa r.e's first solar and BESS NSIP/DCO project.

John Milligan

John Milligan is BayWa r.e.’s Managing Director for its projects entity in the UK and Ireland. Within this role he is responsible for wind and solar greenfield development, as well as project management and construction. John has more than 17 years’ experience in the energy sector.

Dr. Graham Pannell

Graham is one of the leading voices for the industry with an illustrious 20-year career substantiating his leadership experience across electricity regulation, grid connections and grid charging policy in the UK.

He is serving as the current Chair of RenewableUK’s Networks & Charging Group having been re-elected for a second term, having also served as Vice Chair of the Energy Networks Association’s DER Connections Steering Group, leading on agreeing and implementing best practice with the UK’s network companies. At BayWa r.e. in the UK Graham serves as the Head of Grid & Electricity Regulation.

James Redmond

James Redmond is the Head of Development for BayWa r.e. Ireland. James has a background in Engineering and Project Management. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has been working in the Renewable Energy industry for 20 years. He has managed the construction of numerous wind farms and hydro plants and the development of wind, solar and BESS projects in the UK and Ireland. At BayWa r.e., James is responsible for the development pipeline of projects in the Irish market.
