Declan Cullinane is the Country Manager for BayWa r.e. in Ireland focusing on large scale solar, on and offshore wind, and storage development through to operation. Through his experience in the Renewable Energy industry across Europe and emerging markets over the past 15 years, he has valuable knowledge of the challenges and the potential routes to deliver large scale projects in the Irish market.
Nick Kay is the Head of Solar at BayWa r.e. UK. Nick is coming from an Electrical Engineering background. He has been working in the energy industry for almost 35 years, starting out as a Project Development Manager. At BayWa r.e. UK Nick is responsible for developing new solar projects, overlooking the entire project planning process.
Morgan is the Managing Director for BayWa r.e. Operations Services Ltd in the UK. Morgan heads up the Services division and has an extensive career with eight years’ experience in the Services Industry. Morgan joined BayWa r.e. in 2019 and is responsible for the Operations & Maintenance as well as Asset and Commercial Management for the UK business for both wind and solar renewables and has been driving the growing operations in the UK with a focus on expanding services such as the Repowering and Revamping of ageing assets.
Stuart Davidson is the Head of Wind Development for BayWa r.e. UK. Stuart has a background in Environmental Management and Planning, starting out his career as an Environmental Consultant in the Property sector. He has been working in the Wind Development industry for almost 15 years. At BayWa r.e., Stuart is responsible for bringing wind projects, liaising with local communities, landowners, and councils.
Saurabh has over 14 years’ robust experience across technical engineering, strategy, marketing and business development.
He worked for solar EPC projects, from design to construction and commissioning, developing processes, plans and initiatives for successful execution.
He brings knowledge of power industry and has passion for solar renewables and new technology. At BayWa r.e., Saurabh focuses on Repowering and Revamping solar plants. He holds degree in MBA Strategy and Electrical Engineering.
Tracy Lincoln is the Head of Human Resources at BayWa r.e. She is based in our offices in Milton Keynes. Tracy is responsible for leading and providing HR support for both the Project Development and Operations Services teams across England, Scotland and Ireland, taking care of topics such as recruitment, work culture, and employee relations.
Tracy holds a BA (Hons) in Social Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management as well as being a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She has worked in HR Management for more than 25 years in a number of industries including Financial services, FMCG and automotive before joining BayWa r.e in 2020.
Sarah joined BayWa r.e. in early 2019 and has worked as Legal Counsel across the development and construction projects in the portfolio and advising the business on ad-hoc legal matters. Sarah now supports the business on a range of commercial and legal topics and supports the delivery phase projects through all aspects of their development – which includes advising on construction contracts, land topics, procurement activities, offtake arrangements and project acquisitions and sales. Sarah also spends half of her time seconded to the Project Management team as a Project Manager responsible for the delivery of Corner Copse Solar Farm, in Swindon. This month, Sarah has also been selected as BayWa r.e.’s EMEA Legal Expert in battery storage, supporting other legal colleagues across BayWa r.e. in the development and delivery of battery storage projects. Sarah has been responsible for driving several ESG initiatives in the UK, including an annual beach clean/litter pick event, as well as co-ordinating food bank collections across our offices.
John Milligan is BayWa r.e.’s Managing Director for its projects entity in the UK and Ireland. Within this role he is responsible for wind and solar greenfield development, as well as project management and construction. John has more than 17 years’ experience in the energy sector.
Graham is one of the leading voices for the industry with an illustrious 20-year career substantiating his leadership experience across electricity regulation, grid connections and grid charging policy in the UK.
He is serving as the current Chair of RenewableUK’s Networks & Charging Group having been re-elected for a second term, having also served as Vice Chair of the Energy Networks Association’s DER Connections Steering Group, leading on agreeing and implementing best practice with the UK’s network companies. At BayWa r.e. in the UK Graham serves as the Head of Grid & Electricity Regulation.
