Earls Hall Farm Wind Farm


Renewable energy for approx. 6,300 homes and reduction of emissions by 15,000 tonnes CO2 per year.

The wind park Earls Hall Farm was acquired by BayWa r.e. from RWE npower in 2010 as part of a longer-term UK pipeline investment. BayWa r.e. developed and constructed the project in the role of project owner and EPC contractor. In October 2013 the wind farm was sold to Greencoat UK Wind PLC, BayWa r.e. have remained involved with the operation of the wind farm in the capacity of technical operations manager.

Earls Hall Farm wind farm delivers renewable energy for approx. 6,300 homes and therewith reduces the CO2-emissions by 15,000 tonnes per year. Furthermore a community benefit fund for investing in local initiatives is in place.
