BayWa r.e. yet again awarded “TOP PV wholesale supplier” in the United Kingdom and Germany
Once again BayWa r.e. may wear the badge “TOP PV supplier” for another twelve months: For the sixth time in a row the company has been successful in the wholesale category for its business activities in the UK. As in the previous year, BayWa r.e. has also been given the award for 2017 for its wholesale business in Germany and Switzerland. Since 2010, the market and opinion research institute EuPD Research annually awards the “TOP PV supplier” seal in the following categories; modules, inverters, storage technology and wholesale, and thereby reflects the current mood of the surveyed installers.
“The renewed award of “TOP PV supplier” demonstrates yet again that our many years of market experience, our quality standards and our wide-ranging service and product portfolio pay off when it comes to customer satisfaction”, explained Günter Haug, managing director of BayWa r.e. “This positive signal encourages us in continuing to drive the growth strategy in the field of photovoltaic trade we have embarked upon and to expand our business activities in 2017 even beyond our European core markets.”
The award of the seal by EuPD Research is based on satisfaction surveys amongst PV installers and end customers across Europe. In addition to the range and quantity of products, aspects such as customer satisfaction and loyalty are also taken into account. The award “TOP PV supplier” is thus an independent quality attribute for PV suppliers with a particularly high customer satisfaction score.
